Google user data
Our MeridianOS platform lets business administrators connect a Google Business Profile using Google sign-in. When an administrator authorizes this connection, we access the following Google user data through Google's Business Profile APIs: the email address of the authorizing Google account, the list of business accounts and locations that account manages, and the reviews on the selected business location, including reviewer names, star ratings, review text, and existing reply text.
We use this data solely to provide the review management features the administrator has enabled: displaying reviews in their dashboard, posting replies they write or approve, posting automated replies according to rules they configure, and sending them notifications about new reviews. When AI-generated replies are enabled, the reviewer's first name, star rating, and review text are sent to our AI text provider to draft the reply. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with any other third party.
Connection credentials and synced review data are stored securely and retained only while the connection is active. Administrators can disconnect their Google Business Profile at any time from their dashboard, which removes the stored credentials, or revoke access from their Google Account permissions page. To request deletion of previously synced review data, contact us at support@stackdigital.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
